Membership
Membership is open to any company, organization or individual that may be directly and materially affected by fcB2B activities.
Two Co-Presidents
fcB2B Co-Presidents and Officers are elected by majority vote of fcB2B members to serve the membership and are under the direction of the Board of Directors.
Subcommittees
Subcommittees are assigned responsibility for development and maintenance of specific elements in the fcB2B standard, but subcommittee work must be ratified by the membership of fcB2B as a whole. fcB2B members with voting rights serve as the decision-making body responsible for developing evidence of consensus, which is necessary for approval of the fcB2B Standard.
Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for authorizing the official publication of the current fcB2B Standard on the fcB2B website, which is the only official source for the fcB2B Standard.
