The cost per person to attend the 2011 fcB2B Annual Meeting is $500.00 for both days. The attendance fee includes access to all sessions, continental breakfasts, buffet lunches and refreshments during the meeting. Please refer to the Hotel Information page in this document for access to the Room Block Rates for this meeting.
We request that ALL attendees book their Renaissance Concourse Hotel rooms through the WFCA/fcB2B block. In the event we do not fill our block we will be billed for remaining rooms.
The Renaissance Concourse Hotel is conveniently located near the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. There is a complimentary 5-minute shuttle ride to and from the Airport and it is easily accessible from all of Atlanta's major expressways.

All fcB2B meeting cancellations must be received in writing by September 6, 2011 to be eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after that date. A refund, if appropriate, will be issued after the meeting.
