Meeting Fees

The cost per person to attend the 2017 fcB2B Annual Meeting is $650.00 for fcB2B Members and guests. The attendance fee includes access to all sessions, continental breakfasts, lunches and refreshments during the meeting. Non-members are invited, but will not have access to some sessions or voting rights.

We request that ALL attendees book their Rosen Shingle Creek rooms through the fcB2B block. In the event we do not fill our block we will be billed for remaining rooms.

Hotel Information

The Rosen Shingle Creek is conveniently located on Universal Boulevard just off of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528, Exit #2) and a half mile east of the Orange County Convention Center. Please see their website for additional location and transportation information.

Reservations can be made directly with ROSEN SHINGLE CREEK online, or by calling their toll-free number 1-866-996-6338, or directly at 407-996-9939. In doing so, attendees should request the Group rate for Floor Covering B2B Member Meeting. Cutoff date to guarantee this rate is July 25, 2017.

For the preferred room rate of $149 per night call either of the above numbers and guests should reference fcB2B Annual Conference. Attendees my extend their stays with the meeting rate up to 3 days before and/or after the conference. Rooms are limited, so book early. Cut off date is July 25th, 2017. Refund & Cancellation

All fcB2B meeting cancellations must be received in writing by July 25th, 2017 to be eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after that date. A refund, if appropriate, will be issued after the meeting.
